Having high ethics and integrity is essential for any company, as it helps to establish trust with customers, clients, and stakeholders, and can also contribute to the overall success and reputation of the business.
At International Coaching Mastery we have a strong commitment to upholding high ethical standards in all of our business practices. This includes acting with honesty and integrity in all of our interactions and decisions, and ensuring that we are transparent and accountable for our actions. We believe that maintaining high ethical standards is not only the right thing to do, but also essential for building long-term relationships with our customers and clients and for earning their trust and loyalty.
In addition, we place a strong emphasis on treating all of our employees, partners, and stakeholders with respect and fairness. We believe that a company's success is built on the contributions and well-being of its employees, and we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes personal and professional growth.
By prioritizing ethics and integrity, we are able to build a strong foundation for our business and contribute to a more ethical and trustworthy society.
The quality of International Coaching Mastery’s programs and delivery is of paramount importance. The Directors of International Coaching Mastery take great care in who is chosen to lead any program within the organization. Monitoring of instructor’s training style, curriculum, and students’ satisfaction are all carefully monitored and recorded. Instructors work with the Academic Director of Thailand Coaching Institute to ensure that courses are in alignment with International Coaching Mastery’s quality control standards.
International Coaching Mastery manages the accreditation of any programs with the ICF. All programs include an end of the program student satisfaction survey. This is completed through an online form and the results are shared with both the trainer as well as the Academic Director and the President of International Coaching Mastery. It is very important that trainers can maintain a high level of professionalism, focusing on facilitating rather than teaching, and utilizing higher level adult training philosophies and skills in the classroom.
