This can include sharing relevant examples and stories, providing insights and perspectives, and asking thoughtful and well-informed questions. Additionally, a coach can use wisdom by encouraging their coachee to reflect on their own experiences and learn from them. By doing so, a coach can help their coachee develop the ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and think critically.    A coach can use their strength to empower their coachee and help them reach their full potential. This can include setting clear and challenging goals, providing challenging and stimulating coaching sessions, and holding their coachee accountable for doing the work they need to do to achieve their goals. Additionally, a coach can use their strength to create a high-performance environment, which can help the coachee strive to achieve their best. A coach can also use their strength to be a role model, showing their coachee how to work hard, persevere, and overcome obstacles. By using their strength to create a challenging and supportive environment, a coach can help their coachee build self-confidence, mental toughness, and the ability to perform under pressure.


Be Authentic
   A coach can use authenticity in their coaching by being true to themselves and their values, and by creating an environment where the coachee feels safe and respected. This can include being transparent, honest, and consistent in communication with the coachee, and by building trust by being who they are. Additionally, a coach can use authenticity by leading by example, by showing their coachee how to be true to themselves and their values. By being authentic, a coach can create a culture of authenticity where the coachee feels comfortable being themselves, and can grow and develop in a genuine way. An authentic coach can create a safe space for the coachee to explore and express their own identity and purpose, which in turn can lead to better performance, decision making and overall development.
